About Jessica

We all have our journey. Mine has been paved with love and encouragement from family, friends, and a very understanding husband.

My passions have lead me in many directions. I am a fifth grade teacher, a yoga instructor, and a National Board Certified health and wellness coach. I love to travel, cook, create healthy skin care products, hike, and lounge at the beach.

I am on a mission to help women over 40 reclaim their energy, confidence, and joy—without falling into the trap of quick fixes or fad diets.

I work with busy women who are tired of feeling run down, burnt out, and stuck in bodies that don’t feel like theirs anymore. Through a mix of stress relief strategies, realistic nutrition, and movement that feels good, I help you create sustainable lifestyle shifts that actually stick—so you can feel vibrant, strong, and fully you again.
